Terms for using MetaShield

MetaShield is a pre-incorporation venture led by Sasha-Lee Van Wyngaardt. These terms will be updated with the legal entity’s details following incorporation.
The service
MetaShield provides website monitoring, reporting, and supported remediation workflows for compatible websites. Service availability depends on the connected platform, access provided, applicable plan, and the issue type.
No guaranteed outcomes
MetaShield is designed to reduce website-protection risk and operational effort. It does not guarantee that every issue will be found, that every remediation will succeed, or that a website will be completely secure, available, compliant, or free from loss.
Changes and approvals
Where a supported remediation is available, the service may require customer approval and suitable access before a change can be carried out. Rollback and recovery depend on the relevant platform and whether a usable snapshot is available.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account and website information, maintain authorised access, keep credentials secure, and ensure you have authority to connect a website to the service. You remain responsible for your website, content, backups, legal obligations, and any third-party services you use.
Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed on the terms shown at checkout. To request cancellation or discuss a billing issue, contact sasha@metashield.cloud before your next billing date. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
